Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Nehna Haddak mobile application or website (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nehna Haddak is a technology platform that connects passengers seeking tuk-tuk rides with registered tuk-tuk drivers in Lebanon. We are a platform provider, not a transportation company. The transportation service is provided by independent drivers.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have a valid Lebanese mobile phone number for account verification.
• Driver accounts additionally require a licensed tuk-tuk and completion of our registration and approval process.

• Provide accurate pickup location information.
• Treat drivers with respect. Abusive behaviour may result in account suspension.
• Pay the agreed fare — via Whish or cash — at the end of the trip.
• Rate your driver honestly. Ratings affect driver visibility on the platform.

• Maintain a valid tuk-tuk registration and insurance as required by Lebanese law.
• Provide safe, courteous service to all passengers.
• Keep your driver subscription active. Access to ride requests is suspended when a subscription lapses.
• Accurately represent your location and availability on the platform.
• Rate passengers honestly. Ratings are used to maintain platform quality.

Fares are negotiated directly between passengers and drivers. Nehna Haddak does not set, guarantee, or take a commission on individual fares.

Driver subscriptions are billed in USD via Whish Money. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by Lebanese consumer protection law. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
• Manipulate ratings or reviews.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the application or API.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Nehna Haddak is a technology intermediary. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of drivers or passengers during a ride. We do not guarantee the availability, safety, or quality of any transportation service.

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, our liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@nehnahaddak.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
